Her responsibilities include handling end-to-end client solutions, managing voice and data networks, and overseeing management services, network assessments and 24/7 remote monitoring. Ms. Carter received her Bachelor of Science in Business Management in 2005 from the University of Phoenix. In her spare time, she volunteers with Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Ladera Ranch.
