Service USA Expands Operations at Cuba City Wisconsin Center Due to Strong Demand for Warranty Support Services
Expands to new facility and names new center director.

Since the opening just a few months ago, the center has expanded to a new facility located at 321 S. Main Street.

The company also named Bernard J. McCusker as the new Center Director and General Manager. Bernard McCusker brings to his new role extensive experience in team building and staff retention. He is also specialized in resource allocation and optimization.

Bernard McCusker last worked at World Wide Tech Services where his team delivered service directly to OEM clients. He also has served as a Quality Manager for Philips Electronics in Monroe, Wis.

"Bernard brings key experience creating solutions for consumer electronics customers to his new role," Will McCusker said. "He is a perfect fit for our Cuba City center where we provide dispatch and customer support services to businesses, including key firms in the consumer electronics industry."
