B2X Care Solutions launches in North America
B2X Office Opening in Atlanta, GA

The new presence is part of the company's rapid international expansion program, supported by a significant capital investment from top-tier German VC firms Earlybird (http://www.earlybird.com/) and Grazia Equity Partners (http://www.grazia.com/).

Founded in 2006 as a spin-off of the leading supply chain consulting company Barkawi Management Consultants, B2X already manages after-sales and warranty businesses in over 100 countries, responding to consumers and customers in more than 30 languages. The global market for customer services is worth over EUR4billion in the telecoms electronics sector alone.

The new Atlanta office is headed by Mike Landry: President North America, B2X Care Solutions. He manages a team of 12 people who have deep expertise in reverse logistics, warranty, repair and supply chain operations. Prior to joining B2X Mike Landry was Founder and CEO/CTO of a service lifecycle management solutions company, Servigistics.
