Immediate Global Service Issue Resolution Now Offered by Global Telecom Testing
New and unique telecommunications testing service now offered by Global Telecom Testing

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, June 18, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Global Telecom Testing (GTT) announces the launch of it's new service. GTT can now open up trouble tickets for customers in more than 145 Countries directly with local telecom carriers (PTT's).

When service issues are reported on existing international telephone numbers, GTT 's In-Country testers perform a comprehensive telecom test. This service includes the testing of problematic telephone numbers, identifying the problems, contacting the local telecom carriers (PTT's) directly in order to expedite trouble ticket resolution, and minimizing and/or eliminating costly and embarrassing failures.

GTT works closely with local PTT's reporting service issues directly, and resolving them more rapidly than customers are capable of accomplishing on their own.

Global Telecom Testing provides in-country live telephone number testing for the following; Voip, audio conferencing, video conferencing, teleconferencing, DTMF, IVR, DID, ITFS, UIFN, Live Co-Op, and Live Call Traps. GTT also provides a global footprint for its customers.

Testing is performed by a human tester located in a specific country making live outbound test calls over PSTN access. GTT's human tester then attempts to connect to a customer's telephone number in a second country in order to test telecommunication quality of service (QoS).

GTT's testers simulate a customer's client in the first country attempting to make outbound calls from a landline or mobile phone in the first country to sales or technical support lines in a second country. The tester completes one Call Display Record (CDR) per test call and sends the CDS to the customer. The CDRs are compiled, summarized, and provided to the customer.
