Lantone Systems Joins Xorcom Distribution Channel
Xorcom and Lantone Systems form strategic partnership to broaden reach into Singapore's open source SMB hybrid PSTN and VoIP phone system space

SINGAPORE, June 29, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Xorcom, an award-winning fast-rising manufacturer of business telephony interfaces and appliances based on Asterisk open source software, announced its appointment of Lantone Systems as its distributor in Singapore. Lantone Systems will be responsible for distributing the entire range of Xorcom's Asterisk-based IP-PBX and USB2-connected channel banks to qualified resellers in the local market.

"Recruiting Lantone is in line with our goal to expand our worldwide distribution channel with experienced professionals that can deliver optimal, timely solutions to local resellers. We expect Lantone to be able to introduce us to the kind of professional VoIP system integrators we need to take our sales in the Far East to the next level, and are excited about this relationship," said Eran Gal, Xorcom's CEO.

The appointment of Lantone Systems as Xorcom's Singapore Distributor came at a timely moment. Besides being one of the earliest Asterisk adopters in the region, Lantone Systems was appointed in 2010 as the Exclusive Distributor for Yealink. Coincidentally, in March 2010, Xorcom announced that the full range of Yealink SIP-T2x series HD IP phones had been compliance-tested by Xorcom for interoperability with their IP PBX models. This is the perfect start for the collaboration between Xorcom and Lantone Systems.

"Having been in the CTI industry for more than 15 years, and having earned ourselves a trustworthy reputation as the leading providers of innovative telephony solutions, Lantone Systems is confident that we are a suitable partner to assist Xorcom in its expansion plans in Singapore. We also believe that Xorcom's reliable Asterisk PBX appliances will bring far-reaching benefits to our large base of telephony clients." said Sandeep Singhania, Technical Director at Lantone Systems. "We are really looking forward to the exciting prospects that will be brought about via this partnership."
