Kelita Hull-Gardner named Professional of the Year in Telecommunications by Cambridge Who's Who

IRVINE, CA, July 12, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kelita Hull-Gardner, Manager for Verizon Wireless, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Telecommunications. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

Currently thriving in her ninth year with Verizon Wireless, Kelita Hull-Gardner is best noted for her expertise in call center management. She has acquired an expertise in all areas of administration and quality process design, and draws on this knowledge in her work as manager. In this capacity, she is in charge of overseeing a high-performance work group, calibrating calls, handling marketing, and ensuring consistency and the delivery of quality customer service. Prior to joining the telecommunications giant, Ms. Hull-Gardner worked for a high-technology public relations firm. She attributes her successful transition to her strong work ethic, integrity and faith in God, and to the support of her mentors.

Ms. Hull-Gardner was recently among the top tier of her peers for her dedication to immolating the company's credo and named a 2010-11 Credo Ambassador in the Western Area of Verizon Wireless. She earned a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in International Business, in 1990 from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1983 from Spelman College. She has held offices in the Professional Fraternal Organizations of Phi Gamma Nu and Toastmasters International. As she moves forward in her career, Ms. Hull-Gardner intends to contribute to the global society within the telecommunications industry and continue volunteering for charitable organizations.
